Vegetarian


Many of the soups, stews, and bean dishes I've prepared can be made vegetarian by using vegetable broth instead of chicken or beef. Here are quite a few fully vegetarian (and a few vegan) dishes.

All recipes are completely gluten-free. If you are not gluten-free, simply ignore my notes, or file them away in case you ever need to cook for someone with a gluten sensitivity.

      Vegetarian Chili Shepherd's Pie is not. Vegetarian, that is. It shows meat as a prime ingredient.
